Wordpress/Other Website development for monetised video blog

We need someone to build me a website which has the ability to showcase video contact with social network integration. We also need to provide different levels of access to consumers e.g. Can only watch the video based on current subscription or one off payment. Therefore integrated basic ecommerce function.

The website will need to have either wordpress skin built so that videos can be uploaded and posted easily. Or a customer built video uploader.

To give you an idea of the company it will be similar to TED videos for graduates. The target market is graduates but may also appeal to ex-city workers.

The philosophy behind the company is collaboration to find a personal brand, by seeing how others have created their own.
