Wordpress Modules: User-friendly video and picture galleries added to existing site

I created a wordpress site for a client, who wants to be able to upload images and video into nicely organized galleries.

The modules that are currently in use are NOT user-friendly at all. Even I find them difficult to use – and the client is not tech savvy at all - so she is really having trouble. I need someone who has very good knowledge of Wordpress and Wordpress modules, who can figure out a way to make adding video and pictures to galleries very simple.
