Wordpress Mods - with jobroller

We have a website http://offdutydetail.com/ and we are using http://www.appthemes.com/themes/jobroller/. We need some immediate assistance in setting everything up to work properly and make some minor modifications.

1. Set up post a job to work perfectly.
2. Minor HTMLize... we will provide the PSD
3. Make the filter more organized - currently it is just check marks, we want it as dropdowns.
4. We have incorporated indeed api, it is working fine, just need the indeed api published on another page separate from our clients postings.
5. Set up post by email, so clients get posting of their choice via email as they come in...based on category, location etc..
6.some modifications with the forms that are provided by jobroller.
7. Also make it to where only members can see the jobs.

should be a fairly quick job, all is functioning properly now...just need fined tuned. Need someone who is skilled only. Also, this project will need to be started immediately.
