Wordpress Modification with Classified Plugin

We have a wordpress site http://wikiwillys.com/ and we need the following modifications.

Remove the GREY shading. Shading will only be for featured ads and it will be a different color. Also, featured ads should go on top and random..see below


Remove NO IMAGE box, if there is not an image, it should look like blow. Also same font

Need to add search box like below. That is in center of page on top

Need the navigation on left side bar like below..go to www.indeed.com to see function..

Remove BROWS ADS and all page titles

Fix CLASSIFIED PLUGIN to work 100%

Fi Powered by ...and put our info
