Wordpress fixes

I am developing a website, destresslist.com that has a few small issues that need fixing. The site runs the theme directory press which controls a lot of the functionality
1. the page pagination does not work, see example http://www.destresslist.com/location/burlington/

2. the category on the profile page needs to link through to the list of that category, example http://www.destresslist.com/michelle-sardo-rmt-2/ at the top of the page I have "MICHELLE SARDO, RMT
Osteopath, RMT - Burlington" so "Osteopath" should automatically click through to http://www.destresslist.com/?s=Osteopath&cat=
"RMT" should automatically click through to http://www.destresslist.com/?s=RMT&cat=
"Burlington" which is a location should click through to http://www.destresslist.com/location/burlington/

3. Using the search facility users should be able to search for a location
