Wordpress Fix to theme template and coding

Hey guys these are my issues.

1.on all my page headers in the search engines it says poiesispoiesis so its doubling the company name there is and example below. The company name is actually Poiesis Medical http://screencast.com/t/5q5uSmLP
your can check it out yourself at site:poiesismedical.com it seem sto be happening only on the pages not the posts.
next when using the search bar the page it brings up for the search results is an unconfigured page i.e the default template

I want ideally changes to the page so it looks ok or redirect to a template the theme uses such as our media template or template C. all can be found in page attributes.
