WORDPRESS expert needed to develop 2 PLUGINS

Hi,

We are looking for an experienced wordpress developer to work on 2 plugins for our peer support network www.disabilitysanctuary.com

One is an existing plugin we already use and the other is one we want to add

1. Marketplace (One we want to add)

We would like to add a basic ebay type marketplace where users can buy, sell, exchange, give away and hire items.

We would like the plugin to be as easy as possible to use/navigate as mostly disabled people will be using it.

We would like all the basic features you would expect to make it a pleasant experience to trade through the marketplace

We am happy for you to use an existing plugin and tweak to suit or write a plug-in from scratch

We would like to be able to charge a percentage of the selling price

We would like our users to be able to have an option of payment gateways

We would like the plug-in to be properly tested by us and you before we launch on our site.

If possible we would like basic feedback system so users can increase there reputation as a trader but this feature is not essential to begin with.

The marketplace should fit in with our existing theme and be accessible via its own tab via the homepage navigation menu.

Please tell me how you think this could work, what features you could provide and how long you think it will take to complete.


2. Directory (Existing and one we currently use)

We currently use a directory plugin to create listings but we have to input these manually. I need you to set it up and test so users can add their own listings to our directory with the payment system enabled and working
