Wordpress expert/developer URGENTLY required!!!

We require an experienced Woo Commerce Wordpress Developer to configure our homepage. We recently had our homepage redesigned, customised and partly configured but the job has now been abandoned due to the designers lack of Wordpress knowledge and we are now left with an unfinished homepage which means are website is unavailable to customers. The following need to be rectified:

Set up Banner hyperlinks
Currency Converter
Twitter Stream
Mobile Optimisation
Search Box
Browsers (Only works properly on windows)

The new homepage has been hard coded which means we cannot edit the page the normal way.
