Wordpress events calendar modifications

Description: Hi all

I have a client with a Wordpress website that has an events calendar built into their Twenty Twelve theme which needs to have a booking form built into the process.

The administrator will have an option of whether the booking form will be shown. If the booking form is present, it should be prior to their PayPal payments button.

On the subject of the PayPal button on their calendar, this doesn't work. It's "clickable" but it doesn't really go anywhere. This will need to be fixed as part of the job.

The client also wants to be able to make events repeatable.
