Wordpress editor - still looking someone

Part 2 of 7
I need the following completed:
1. The front end directory submission page needs formatting so that I can publish without having to add pictures and other information below the description box again. I want to be able to just go to the form – entry – edit post – publish http://www.mygoodwedding.co.uk/submit-wedding-directory/
2. Ability to filter the listings by category and location (two separate filters not drop down)
3. Picture gallery at top of each directory post to be added by businesses submitting a listing (i,.e. added by the businesses in point 1. So photographers can add nice pictures – we need to cap the maximum at 6 pictures per submission)
4. All external links open in new windows and deleted/moved posts redirected to home page. – instructions on how to use the plugin (or links automatically re-directed with built in code)
