It should allow visitors to register and to then have the option to allow other registered users in their proximity [ Country] to see and communicate with them. This will entail showing each registered members country's flag in the main page. When the flag is clicked, a registered member who has chosen to allow his/her profile to be visible will also be able to see the profile of other members who has chosen to be seen.
The goal is to facilitate communication between registered members who has chosen to be contacted.
