Description: I need a brochure site created for my UK-based recruitment start-up.

Nothing extraordinary in terms of functionality -- it will basically be a jazzed-up brochure site -- but I need it to be VERY professional, slick and display an extreme attention to detail.

Ideally I would like the developer to use the Avada theme so experience in that would be ideal.

I'll be working with a logo designer separately. I already have the draft web copy.

In terms of a freelancer, I'm looking for:
-- established freelancer on PPH with a >20 jobs and a very strong track-record
-- ideally UK-based, or at least with very strong english skills
-- provide recent examples of professional websites delivered
-- provide customer references that I can talk to directly

I'll be looking to start within the next week or so. I will have up to 3 weeks to complete the project but expect there to be lots of revisions.

I've never done this before so I have no idea whether £500 is about right, so happy to discuss if this is wide of the mark.
