Wordpress developer

Based on attached design, I am looking for someone to

 Identify the right premium theme that I can use for my site
 Format each of the six different kinds of pages and set it up on WordPress
 Set up any analytics and SEO tools you think I should use.

I’ve already got a hosted website set up with WordPress www.blog.21stcenturyleader.co.uk


Pages
There will be six different kinds of pages:

Home page
See attached draft

Topic pages
See attached draft
Next level down from home page. Initially six pages but I will want to add more later up to a maximum of about 20

Content pages
See attached draft
Next level down from topic pages, probably about 10 – 40 pages per topic
Video clips embedded in some of the pages

Blog posts
Weekly appearing on the home page with first part of previous week’s blog
Video clips embedded in some of the posts
Same right sidebar as home page
Same footer as home page

About us
One parent page next level down from home page, and then about six pages at next level down – the team, clients, testimonials etc
No right sidebar, same footer as home page

Contact
Next level down from home page, with contact form
No right sidebar, same footer as home page
