Wordpress Customization - Ironing out the kinks.

I've set up a small blog dedicated to independent and underground comic books.

I am using the imbalance 2 Wpshower theme and need assistance in editing the coding.

I require;
- A full header
- A horizontal menu
- Links above the search bar.
