WordPress - create forms and dynamic pages

I urgently need a quick WordPress back-end developer to do the following:

1) Create 2 forms: 17 fields each (both identical fields) - see 'Apply Now mockup'
2) A table of four columns / fields - see 'Job listings mockup'
3) A dynamic page with 11 fields - see 'Job posting mockup'
4) Linking all the fields to Zoho Recruit CRM using their APIs (2x17 fields; 1x4 fields; 1x 11 fields)
