Wordpress Coupon plugin developed start to finish.

Urgent plugin required. I need someone to develop a plugin like wp coupon pro with print outs, reveal codes and mobile compatible/responsive (I have this so you can see its functionality) but you then need to develop it to publish like a post and also to allow many vouchers to be published with times to go live and expiration date.
