Wordpress - contact Form 7 and document upload

I need someone experienced to take a look at a wordpress install.
We have mulitple forms which are working using Contact 7. However for a reqruitment from the upload isn't working i.e. we can't upload a doc through the form. the premissions on the server are correct.

Think it's something to do with the changes in WP3.5 for media upload settings.

Looking for someone to help today if possible.
