WordPress Calendar / Events function

I'm looking to add an events section per clinic. The WordPress user would select a clinic, add a treatment name, add a summary then select dates.

The dates would need to be multiple to include (from date - to date) and individual dates.

I have installed a plugin called http://icalevents.com/

which the paid part of http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/amr-ical-events-list/

The previous plugin worked like the screen shot attached:
