Wordpress Bloggs update and advice

I have two Wordpress Blogs which I would like a quote for bringing up to date. I would like them optimising to link back to our website. Using information from out website to design a look and feel for the Blogs. Advice would be required on bringing in as many plugins as would be advisable to optimise for SEO. There is the option to use CMS on our site and I would to discuss this as a secondary project.
