Wordpress and Clickbank integration. help with getting ebook online

Description: Looking for someone with good knowledge of Wordpress to help me set up a sales page and a "thank you" page for post purchase purposes for my ebook and make ebook available to download. I also have a clickbank account and hoping to integrate the two sites somehow if this is possible.
Also want to set up email subscription (aweber) with free questionnaire sent to those that provide email details. If you can successfully complete the above please get in touch!
