Wordpress amendments

I have been working on a Wordpress site and have a few changes that I need some help with.

Here is a list of the changes I require.

1 - I need the horizontal distance between the featured images (in Editorial, Documentary and Landscape)increased so that they are the same as those on the homepage.

2 - When you click on a photo you are taken to a project page. Currently these images are cropped to 580x482 dimensions. I want the photos to appear at their true dimensions, whether it's landscape or portrait. I have had to drop the photos onto a template in order for them to not be cropped in the Editorial and Landscape sections.

3- I would like the arrows moved to either side of the image title. If that is too difficult then either side of the photo. I will supply new arrows to use as i do not like the current ones.

I require these changes to be made today and will be available to discuss them in more detail.
