Word Press Site Development

I have a very simple 6 page WordPress site that I would like developed. The job would require slight changes to the Twenty Eleven child theme, and I have the basic home page design completed in a PSD file. I would need the right candidate to make the Word Press site look like the PSD file, add text for each page, a few photos on each page, two PDF download links, and one contact form. Then of course any minor changes from my client. Super simple for the right person. I am ready to start asap and would like the first draft within a week (at the most) and then contact with me until completion and approval from client.
