Word Press Plugin

I'm looking for a word plugin or HTML code that allows me to be able to set which banners/ featured images are displayed on my word press site depending on the time of day.

E.g

banner 1 displayed between 10 am - 6 pm

banner 2 displayed between 6pm - 10am

I want this to be automated so I don't have to go into word press each day change do this manually.

p.s. The banners on the site currently use the word press featured image function.
