Word Press Client Login Area Wanted

I am looking for someone to create a Word Press Client Login Area for an existing website.

They already have a private login area but it's very basic. They want the login area to have the following:

Private Client Area which is Password Protected
Once in the client area the main menu bar of the website with page names disappears and a secondary menu bar appears for the clients.
The area can be used by different clients so that they cant see each others details.
The client area to have: Home, Joining, Profiles, Timetable, Preparation & Links - NOT SEEN BY THE PUBLIC OR OTHER CUSTOMERS.
