Word Document into Indesign following design from another document.

I need to have a word document 185 pages in length typeset into an Indesign document following the design elements of a small brochure.

This is a technical manual that tells people how to fix, maintain systems on a boat.

The finished manual needs to be A4 with simple cover design and contents page. It will be put into a ring binder as the pages will need to be taken out individually when needed.
