I need the updates in the following google doc made to my website;

Please note, as well as these layout tweeks for pc, I also need the site to be optimized for tablet. The tablet versions need to cleanly display with the same - or as similar as possible - layout config as the pc version. For mobile the pieces are all there, it just needs to be streamlined.
I'm up against a bit of a deadline here and need this completed by the evening of Tuesday 7th if possible.
