Womens wear Pattern Cutter/Seamstress

I'm a fashion student currently working on my first collection, I'm currently in search for a womenswear pattern cutter/seamstress to help with the construction of my garments. My small fashion company is based in birmingham and is now in need of someone with these expertise. Must have Experience in fashion and textiles and can sew very neatly. Must also be able to interpret sketches and design them as specified. If your skills are good, we may consider commission increases.
