Wireframe PSDs & UI Kit

Looking for an exceptional graphic designer, with experience of UX/UI for websites. The job will involve mocking up my sketches into psds, which can then be passed onto a web designer to completely transform http://www.isolarossa.co.uk and make the most of its beautiful photography.

The wireframe sketches and graphical requirements will be fully scoped out on my side the weekend of August 9th. I will then be looking for a designer, whom I can visit in office on the weekend of August 16th to explain face to face the requirements. I will travel to this person, however they must be available on weekends.

The project will include 12 pages in total. £35 per page:-
- Home page
- Search page
- Search results page
- Villa's page (x2 versions: Villa description & villa details)
- Popup of Villa Description
- Popup for the villa photos
- Photos gallery
- Popup for the photos
- Blog
- Individual Blog post
- Favourites page, with enquiry
- About us

For the UI kit/style guide, the designer must be able to:

1. indentifying the correct colours & font. I particularly like 'Wet Pussycat' and 'Avenir'. I will need to find a similar font in Google fonts. As inspired by http://www.garancedore.fr/en/

2. Demonstrate popups and hover over effects. For example transparent text boxes on top of photography. The new design will include full photography backgrounds.
