Wire Frame + Usability Creation for Brochure + Web App Site

Wireframe Expert required to create user wireframes for green field site. We are interested in receiving fixed price quotes for developing information architecture, user journeys and detailed wireframe for a brochure and web app site.

This role involves working directly with the business users to design clear, efficient user paths, and experiences for a strategic new product launch. The end output is expected to be a clear and detailed wireframe which can be used to guide Front End design and Back End system development. Advise on whether this is limited to line drawn wireframes or includes a clickable PoC is required from the supplier.

Many of the processes in the web app are totally unique and have not been developed online previously, so clear thought and advice is needed from an experienced UX consultant.
