Windows Website ASPX Expert Needed

I have a company website which is built in ASPX.

It was running on a Windows hosted packaged at 1and1 successfully.

The current company dealing with the account for the site is no longer dealing with it therefore I require a ASPX expert to use the files provided by the company to set up the site on our Windows hosted packaged at 1and1.

The site is giving me an error when I upload the files.
