Windows 8 Tablet Application Development

We are looking for someone (or a group of people) to help us develop an exciting new Windows 8 tablet application to aid local authorities in dealing with issues that have been reported to them by the public. The system has already been specced and designed in brief, and details will be made available upon signing of an NDA.

The development work will require developing of the app itself, writing stubs, extending an existing Azure based API and integrating with existing 3rd party systems.

The project will be managed using a SCRUM framework and we expect it to run for at least 10 sprints of 2 weeks each. We are looking initially for quotes and proposals on a per sprint basis for one or more individuals. If you are shortlisted we will then provide more details to get an overall estimated quote.
