Welsh voice-over

One of my customer is requesting the following

"I have recently purchased an audio box to be installed at one of our Key tourist attraction within the county borough of Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales and require 4 actors to provide the voice over. There are eight message buttons on the audio box which can hold up to 24 minutes of recording, of which 12 will are translated into Welsh leaving roughly three minutes for each of the four messages attached.

Besides someone providing the welsh voice over, one of the characters will require a Cornish accent as Richard Trevithick was from Cornwall and the narrator preferably with a welsh valley accent?

Is this a service you may provide and if so, could you please provide a quotation for this?

The files to be recorded are attached. recording are to be professional meaning, no background noise on the recording, just your voice.
