Website with Joomla!

I need someone to help me to build a website for one of my clients who works in the recruitment industry. It will be a brochure style website with about 25 pages of information, and I need it to be built with a Joomla CMS system - it will also include a contact form. It will need to interact with an "engine" database behine the scenes which is run by the client. I want it to look a bit "flashy" without it being Flash - so HTML5 is probably required, CMS, JavaScript, that type of thing.
