Website Touch Up on OPENCART

I have a website that was built using open cart. It is fully functional but I need some retouches to the site such as > resizing of some pics on the slide show and updating the layout of the gallery and adding more pics, and changing the top menu and adding some social network icons to the page and adding some SEO information. Please let me know if you can help with this. Its urgent and needs to be comleted in the time frame. Thanks
