Website to HTML

Hello,

I would like to copy a website, specefied bellow, html and css, so I can edit it in dreamweaver.
Including development, database.

Including the entire community login, which is the registration process and all its functionality and content. All in html and css so it can be edited.
The login must be secure, so I can add files documents etc. that are only accessible by members. A database! People should go through the login process, but eventually need to be approved by the administrator to get access to the database.

1. ) I will provide you with Front HTML and CSS with 10 to 11 pages as later you can create rest pages by your self in dream viewer for front end

3. ) Main Page week event and month event which can be only created by admin, So a small admin panel to Edit , add and delete for events from Main menu.

4.) Time duration total with HTML , Development for comminity, main menu events and also admin for events will be 15 to 18 days

5.) Development will be done in Asp.net, MSSQL database , HTML and CSS with Jquery or Ajax where required.

6. ) All the forms will be same as community login , some functionality may differ from orginal as we are not able to check there backend part so front end will be same. 90% functionality will same and little that is 10% funtionality will differ. If this is the case I want to know what exactly is different and I want to be able to agree with it or not.

7.) All the mockups will be provided to you in PPT and once approved will be developed.
