Website to HTML

I need a copy of an entire website.
There should be an admin panel for the events callender, so it is easily editable. The view by month is important!
All pages and the entire communiy login and it's content. The community login should be a secure database, that only confirmed users can enter. The entire page should be in HTML, all editable in Dreamweaver, so I can work with it.
It should be HTML and CSS for all pages and Community module as asp.net and MSSQL technology.
