Website to be built

We are a sign makers and we need a new website for customers to design their own sign, We are in direct competition with a website called www.buildasign.co.uk, we would need the same sort of website as this , obviously better, we have a budget, so we either need to buy the website out right, or we would consider renting the website for a fixed amount on an ongoing contract, we really need this to be up and running on the 1st of next month, so need somebody competent to work with, Our first experience with PPH wasnt great so please no time wasters, we are an honest business wanting to grow, so please if your not really interested in this work then dont bid, sorry for being harsh, but this is an important turning point in our business and need to move ahead in a proffesional manner.
