Website Signup Wizard & Progress Tracking

Job is for the redesigning of a sign up process in a wizard format for a social networking site. It includes multiple entries, pages and forms for required information including personal information and statistics etc. Form validation is also required. Current implementation should be used as a guide but by no means strictly adhered to. Information required in wizard is visible in current implementation and will be available once job is tendered. Also required is a standalone plugin/widget for signup progress tracking that can be added to the profile page. Tracking will have levels of success i.e. started, half completed, fully completed etc.

Job will be mainly in graphical designing of assets and CSS coding. Database system is MySQL. Site is PHP/HTML.

Non –disclosure agreement(s) are required to be signed by all parties involved in work or by company agent.
