Website Set-up

I have a basic small business website, created from a template that is currently hosted on Microsoft Office 365 (trademarkit.co.uk). I need someone who can re-create more or less the same website and then host it on awardspace.com using FTP, re-point my domain name, and sort out my email. This job does not require any fancy designing. I can only afford a small budget for this.
