Website Sales & Marketing Manager

We are the main UK wireless home automation shop.

Sales have grown alot in the past 6 months and so we now need a dedicated sales & marketing manager to deal with an increasing amount of customer enquiries.

Although users can purchase from the website, many need questions answering first, and we're receiving more requests for trade accounts, discounts & volume orders. It will be your responsibility to deal with these, along with the following:

- Live sales chat with people browsing the site
- Facebook & Twitter dialogue to market the range
- Advise on the best technical solutions and combinations of products for specific customer needs
- Returning sales calls
- Issue quotes with discounts, whilst still maximising profits

You are first advised to take some time to browse the products on our website to get a good understanding of the products you'll be expected to sell as they are quite technical and so you'll need to show knowledge and experience in both eCommerce sales and these kinds of products.

You will be working remotely and will have daily updates with the CEO. You will be fully responsible for increasing sales to the increasing amount of website visitors and new leads we're receiving.
