Website requires Search Engine Optimization Expert

Hi and thank you for looking at my advert,

I have a new website launched and would like to hire someone to look at the search engine optimisation. Its a database based website and would like the search to pick up all the individual entries in the database (MySql). I would also like to have programmed a specific description of my site to appear under the link on the search engine.

Essentially i would like my site to appear on all the key search engines and would like to ensure if someone types in the right keywords they will find my site on google.

I have tried registering etc however, i am finding it is still not appearing on google.
