Website Redo

My current websites have been edited by so many web designers that there is so many broken links, irrelevant coding and incorrect keywords, etc.

I require a team of designers who can do the redo the websites with the same layout but not to just copy or duplicate the coding that is current on the server.

We have taken the sites offline so we need a programmer who can work quickly and without delays to get the site back online.

We want these websites back on within 24-48hours from bid acceptance.
