Website redeveloped

Hello,

I currently have a website www.rose5cosmetics.co.uk. I require it to be redesigned/developed to have a skincare section and also a mineral makeup section each with product categories - see product categories on Make up - http://www.lilylolo.co.uk/sp+natural-lipstick+012

I also need a shade selection function for some of the mineral make up products - same as http://www.lilylolo.co.uk/sp+mineral-foundation-spf-15+001

I need each product to be listed on individual pages with a photo, product name, and other details such as description, ingredients, ordering info, shades etc in a tabs format.

We sell/export to distributors so I don't need a shop/cart function. However people should be able to click on a product(s), select qty required (and shades/s for make up) and submit an inquiry which is e-mailed to me as a list.

There will be a minimum order qty for all products and it can be increased using a + - buttons in amounts of 12 for the mineral make up. For skin care min order is 500 then they can enter any qty above this for their buying inquiry.

They would also need to register/fill a form (UK or international customers) prior to submitting inquiry - these details are also e-mailed to me.

Also I have about a 100 shades in total for some of the make up products. I would need you to download them and add to my site with new names.

I want to be able to access the website through an admin portal to change website text, photos, min order qtys etc myself.
