Website Redesign Zencart 1.5.x template

Hi
I am looking at redesigning one of our websites.
The cutlery site is a small niche site with a few pages and I would like to bring this site to a new level. I would like the site to look quite fun as parents will be buying personalised cutlery for children and need to get the customer in the frame of mind to buy from us. We are offering some new create your own designs which revolve around this design which we are engraving on the handles of each cutlery set (black and white versions):

I would like the site to reflect this design using the colour versions of this artwork which is shown in the right hand corner of the screen.
Can you quote for a site template which I can slice up using fireworks8 or higher, and also a quote for making this template work for Zencart 1.5.0.
