Website redesign

Description: The current site is www.4qtrs.com & is currently hosted and was created by my previous web designer using Drupal. I need the site to be more easily navigated and SEO friendly. Ideally I would like a website that incorporates the same content / tabs etc but is more visually appealing.

I do not have a budget in mind and am happy to consider proposals of various price points.
