Website Redesign

I am looking for someone to redesign and upgrade my current website. I would like a sign up to news letter and to better advertise the categories, i.e we also personal train and the site is outdated and needs to be more interactive. The current search enginess are good so I would like to improve on th, The online shop is an area that needs attention. I need a content management system too as I like to update things myself.
