Website Redesign

We are planning to re design the pages of our website keeping the same idea more or less but make it more trendy, upmarket and giving an impression of us as a creative company rather than being a corporate firm. Also we want to extend ours to a mobile site.
Successful winner needs to outline the strategies and come up with some sort of mock up plan. This has to be something inspiring and new and customised not any templates please.
The icons like about us etc, which are hyperlinked to vimeo website needs to be look different as presentations but keeping the message & style same.
We will be interested if someone can take up the motion graphics and web designing job in one bundle or else needs to apply on the motion graphics job posted separately.
