Website re-design and optimising

I am a freelance book keeper and am currently trying to gain new clients

I have a website already, but am looking for it to be re-designed to be more appealing and professional

I only still need a few pages, describing me, the business and what we do

I also need someone to help me optimise the site for search engines as I have no clue with this

I have not put a budget as I am unsure what needs to be paid for this, so please be realstic and competitive but do not undercharge and give shoddy work

Please give me a fixed price based on my spec
