Website re-design

I would like a good graphics designer with knowledge of how the web works and design practices.

The re-design will be based off my current sites color scheme taking into account all the current pages and sections.

what i want is the chosen designer just to let loose on it and have the freedom to create a wonderful different design of their pleasing around a freelance web developer.

I am currently too busy to complete this work myself.
