Website re-design

I am looking for someone to re-build and simplify my current website. I like the content and basic design of my current site but it needs updating so as to make it easier to change items, pricing and features by adding more style sheets I'm guessing. Currently if I change the price of a photograph I have to enter that info in several places.

The shopping cart can be switched if needed to run through Google check-out but currently it is setup for PayPal. The page which has a selection of videos can be changed to make it more user friendly.

Over the years and with my very limited skills with Dreamweaver I've been changing the site, adding features, photos, videos, scripts, etc.
